Abstract

The objective of the research is to find out the difficulties faced by students in distance learning of English Subject at SMP Negeri 1 Poso. The subject of the research consists of 24 students. The type of the research is a descriptive qualitative method. The data are collected by questionnaire and Interview. After analyze the data follows the technique of data analysis, the result of the research is found that there are difficulties faced by the students in distance learning at SMP Negeri 1 Poso. The difficulities in concluding the material, internet network, using laptop or computer and difficult in doing many assignment after they learn English through distancelearning.
