Heavy equipment is the important factor in the project, especially construction, mining, and another big scale project. The study aims to analyze the data collection based on the time efficiency and cost. The data of time efficiency is collected by the calculation of productivity of the each heavy equipment, both excavator and dump truck. The cost efficiency is collected by the calculation each of heavy equipment fee to both excavator, and dump truck. The method of the research is the field study. The secondary data is collected by the relevant agency, primary data is collected by survey. The finding of the research obtains the combination consist of two units of excavator 10 ton and 8 units of dump trucks with the total of time work is 1.383,73 hours, the fee is Rp 1.915.817,50/hour and the totally fee is 2.650.974,149,28. The comparison of the combination of 1 unit of excavator 20 ton with 9 units of dump trucks and 1 unit of excavator 30 ton with 16 units of dump truck, the cost of finishing is more expensive, the combination was 2 units of excavator 10 ton of Komatsu PC130F-7 and 8 units of dump truck of Hino Dutro 130 Rp. 1.915.817, 50 and total cost is Rp. 2.650.974.149,28.
