Abstract
The objective of this research are to find out (1) the correlation between learning styles and reading comprehension on students of English study program, (2) the correlation between self-efficacy and students' reading comprehension on students of English study program, and (3) the correlation among learning styles, self-efficacy and reading comprehension on students of English study program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. This research is conducted at Sintuwu Maroso University, Poso. The method uses in this research is quantitative which uses two instruments namely tests and, .questionnaire. The research subjects are fourth semester English students that consists 36 students. The data are analyzed by using the correlation method with Pearson Product Moment and Multiple Correlation. Based on the results of the research obtained that (1) there is no correlation between learning styles and reading comprehension on students of English Study Program. It can be seen from the results of the correlation between learning styles and reading comprehension(0.298> 0.05). It means that the null hypothesis is accepted. (2) there is no correlation between self-efficacy and reading comprehension on students of English Study Program. It can be seen from the correlation between self-efficacy and reading comprehension (0.7S3> 0.05). It means that the null hypothesis is accepted. (3) there is no correlation among learning styles, self-efficacy, and reading comprehension on students of English Study Program. It can be seen from the results of the correlation among learning styles, self-efficacy, and reading comprehension (0.5 22> 0.05). It means lint the null hypothesis is accepted.
