Abstract

The objective of the research is to find out Pathogenesis of trees kinds of fungi of Rhizosphere in clove plant as pathogen of insects to ant (Hymenoptera: Formicidae). The research is conducted in IAD Laboratory of Sintuwu Maroso University Poso, on June to August 2018 The research design is used in Completely Randomized Design (CRD) in four treatments and seven times of repeating, which is tested by PO: Sterile Aquades, P1: Application of fungus A. Niger Concentration spores 105; P2: Application of fungus A. Spores Concentration of Flavus 105; P3: Fungus Application of Penicillium spores concentration spores 105. The data were analyzed descriptively with variance analysis. If the analysis of the results had a significant effect it would be followed by testing the BNJ level of 5%. The three kinds of fungi of rhizosphere in clove have the phatogenesis power to ants (Hymenoptera: Formicidae). Penicillium fungus provides the best mortality compared to other treatments with the percentage of mortality is 91-43%, while the fungus Aspergillus niger and A. flavus were 85.71% and 80% respectively. The aquades treatment did not cause ant mortality {Hymenoptera: Formicidae) with the percentage is 0%.
