The growth and yield of plant affect by some factors, one of them is nutrient. Nutrient can be obtained from the soil, but not enough. It is needed to. Therefore, additional nutrient is needed, one of them is the use of liquid organic fertilizer from human urine. This objective of the research is to find out the effect of liquid organic fertilizer from human urine usage on the growth and yield of luffa plant. The research is conducted on October 2018 to January 2019, in Tatari village of Tojo Bara sub-distric, Tojo Una-una District. The design of the research is randomized block design with 5 treatments and repeat in 4 times. The treatments consist of U0 = without Poc; Ui = concentration of human urine 10%; U2 = concentration of human urine 20%; U3 = concentration of human urine 30%, U4 = concentration of human urine 40%; Administration of liquid organic fertilizer concentration from human urine is significance effect on the amount of fruit and the fruit weight. 30% of liquid organic fertilizer from human urine gave the best yield of the luffa, but according the observation, 10 % of liquid organic fertilizer from human urine gave the best yield.
