Human factors: humans as pedestrians are victims and can also be a cause of accidents including those caused by humans because of factors: not keeping a distance, tired, careless / not careful, sleepy, drunk, and high speed. Road factors: accidents caused by road conditions such as those in the research location, there are some holes that are difficult to avoid by drivers and slippery road conditions in the rainy season that often cause accidents. Imperfect road construction, that is the rise and fall of roads that are too steep, such as in Pulau Irian Road, there are steep roads and too high climbs, and there are bends that are blocked by fences without road markings, and viewpoints on sharp stakes can deceive the driver so that the climb is one of the accident-prone places.
